A food system includes all processes and infrastructure involved in feeding a population: growing, harvesting, processing, packaging, transporting, marketing, consumption, and disposal or recycling of food and nutrients. We specialize in integrating local and urban food production into cities and regions.

The Foodprint Lab's Architects and Urban Planners, work to design food systems which are locally based and make it possible for everyone to access, grow and consume healthy food in their own local area.
